When you buy from us, the system is yours outright — no rental contract, no monthly bill that runs forever, nothing to be locked into. It stays with the house, yours to keep or pass on if you sell. A rental keeps charging you for as long as you have it and never becomes yours; this is the opposite of that.

What if my problem turns out to be something else?

We're licensed plumbers — water filtration is our specialty, but it's not all we do. If the assessment points you toward a different fix, or you've got a plumbing issue that has nothing to do with filtration, we can still help. Either way, you're not stuck starting over with someone new.

Do you offer warranties?

Yes. We warranty our installation workmanship for one year from the install date. If anything we connected, fitted, or set up develops a fault in that time — a leak at a connection, a fitting that wasn't seated right, an install issue of any kind — we come back and fix it at no charge. The equipment itself also carries its own manufacturer's warranty, which varies by brand and component; we'll go over the specifics for your system when we recommend it.
